Grant Writing and Project ManagementOur mission is to bring about change that improves the lives of everyday people by providing consulting services to non-profit, governmental, and for-profit organizations that serve the public interest. We write grants, and we assist clients with all of the necessary steps leading to grant submission. We also manage grant portfolios and perform other grant-related projects as needed by our clients. Our Principal, John Vadnais, MBA, has extensive experience in grantwriting for nonprofits, as well as in proposal writing for profit-making organizations. He has founded two businesses, advised on forming 501(c)3 non-profit organizations, and has sat on multiple non-profit boards. For more information, please see the Qualifications Page. We have written many grants in healthcare. We worked as Acting Director of Grants at Saint Michael's Medical Center in Newark, NJ, and we worked with St. Francis Medical Center in Trenton. We also have performed grant work with other medical groups and hospitals. We have written numerous grants for New Jersey colleges, including Camden County College, Essex County College, Mercer County Community College, Sussex County Community College, The New Jersey Council of County Colleges(NJCCC), and The NJCCC Workforce Consortium.
